Fuji Apple Fish
Serves 4

Ingredients:

300 cc - Thai Chili Sauce
30 cc - Oyster Sauce
30 g - Sugar
30 cc - Lemon Juice
5 g - Chopped Ginger
5 g - Lemon Grass
600 g - Tai Fillet
1 - Egg
150 g - Windmill Powder
1 Green Apple
5 g - Coriander

Method :

  1. Mix thai chili sauce, oyster sauce and sugar together and stir until sugar dissolved. Add in chopped ginger and lemon grass.
  2. Slice the fillet slightly. Marinate them with the egg. Batter with windmill powder. Then fry it until golden brown. (Oil temperature = 180 กใ C, Fry Around for 3 minutes)
  3. Shred the green apple and put in fridge. Soak the green apples in salt water for 5 minutes. Drain.
  4. Pour the mixed sauce on top of the fish. Top with coriander and shredded apples.
