Ingredients: 300 cc - Thai Chili Sauce 30 cc - Oyster Sauce 30 g - Sugar 30 cc - Lemon Juice 5 g - Chopped Ginger 5 g - Lemon Grass 600 g - Tai Fillet 1 - Egg 150 g - Windmill Powder 1 Green Apple 5 g - Coriander Marinade: Not Applicable Sauce: Not Applicable | Method :
- Mix thai chili sauce, oyster sauce and sugar together and stir until sugar dissolved. Add in chopped ginger and lemon grass.
- Slice the fillet slightly. Marinate them with the egg. Batter with windmill powder. Then fry it until golden brown. (Oil temperature = 180 กใ C, Fry Around for 3 minutes)
- Shred the green apple and put in fridge. Soak the green apples in salt water for 5 minutes. Drain.
- Pour the mixed sauce on top of the fish. Top with coriander and shredded apples.
