- Wash the romaine lettuce, red frizze and lettuce, soak in ice water for 3 minutes. Drain off water and transfer to a plate.
- Mix well all the sauce ingredients, and pour onto the leaves. Sprinkle yellow pepper, tomatoes, olives, almonds and orange pulp, and serve.
