Italian Vinaigrette Salad
Serves 6

Ingredients:

75 g - Romaine Lettuce
75 g - Red Frizze
75 g - Lettuce
30 g - Yellow Pepper, Diced
12 - Small Tomatoes
20 g - Olives, Sliced
275 g - Almond, Slightly Baked
For taste - Orange Pulp

Marinade:

Not Applicable

Sauce:

20 g - Chopped Onion
3 g - Chopped Parsley
100 ml - White Vinegar
10 ml - Olive Oil
For taste - White Pepper
For taste - Red Pepper Powder
15 ml - Fresh Orange Juice

Method :

  1. Wash the romaine lettuce, red frizze and lettuce, soak in ice water for 3 minutes. Drain off water and transfer to a plate.
  2. Mix well all the sauce ingredients, and pour onto the leaves. Sprinkle yellow pepper, tomatoes, olives, almonds and orange pulp, and serve.
